For the purpose of rapid response to human seafood poisoning outbreaks due to algal toxins, the Australian Research Network on Algal Toxins (ARNAT) has collated the following list of expertise. Because not all seafood poisoning syndromes (e.g. NSP) can be adequately tested for in Australia, addresses of New Zealand colleagues and facilities are also covered.
